Do I need any previous experience to attend a class or book a session?

Not at all. Avaleigh Holistic Healing welcomes everyone, whether you’re completely new or have previous experience. Sessions are designed to be supportive, accessible and tailored to your individual needs.

What should I bring to my appointment or class?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Any equipment needed for your session will be provided unless otherwise stated when booking.

How do I book a class or treatment?

Appointments and classes can be booked directly through our online booking system. Simply choose your preferred service, date and time, then complete your booking online.

Do I need to pay when I book?

Some services may require payment at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Full details will be displayed during the booking process.

Which treatment is right for me?

If you’re unsure whether yoga, massage, reiki or sound healing is the best place to start, please get in touch. I’ll be happy to discuss your goals and recommend a service that best supports your wellbeing journey.
